Whether you are looking to join us straight from school or with a degree, we have a programme that is right for you.

And if you are looking to gain work experience whilst at school or some pratical experience during your summer at univeristy, you can explore our internship or work placement opportunities.

Explore our different programmes below to see which is the right programme for you. Whilst they may say apprenticeship or graduate programmes, it doesn't mean you have to be fresh out of college or univeristy, we welcome people returning from career breaks and just changing careers onto our programmes. It's about what you can bring to the role.

Apprenticeships

Join as an apprentice and you’ll start working towards a professional qualification right away. Both programmes give you a fantastic opportunity to find out more about careers in professional services and they can set you on a fast track through to an offer for your graduate programme.

Who are we looking for?

We’ve got a flexible approach to academic entry requirements, and we’ll consider these alongside your strengths and motivations. We’ve set ambitious growth targets for the firm, and we need the right people to help us achieve these. We’re looking for people who will bring ambition and drive to their role.

Is it just for college or university students?

Our early careers programmes are open to anyone with A-levels (or equivilant) or a degree, not just those leaving college or university. If you are later in your career and looking for a career change, a apprentice and graduate programmes can offer you a fantastic opportunity to build on your skills and develop a new career.
