Employment Tax & Global Mobility compliance is an important building block for any business. We support businesses and employees with a practical and pragmatic perspective - making their approach to expenses more efficient, training them on how to embed new rules, and introducing new or updated salary sacrifice employee benefit schemes.

We’ll be happy to consider different working arrangements, part-time hours or jobs shares. The team is in the office roughly once per week, and we can be flexible to meet your requirements as long as the work is completed.

A look into the role


As an Assistant Manager within our Employment & Global mobility Tax team, you will:

  • Advise a wide range of clients on Employment Tax and Global Mobility matters
  • Manage a large varied clients portfolio - helping clients save costs, introduce efficiencies and mitigate risk
  • Support in relation to tax residence analysis, documentation, and tax computations
  • Support the development of more junior team members
  • Manage Employment Tax and Global mobility compliance and mitigate internal and external risks.
  • Play an integral role in the wider Employer Solutions group, working on interesting and rewarding projects within the team on a variety of clients.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as an Assistant Manager in Employment Tax / Global Mobility team, the minimum criteria you’ll need:

  • Experience in Employer Solutions or Global Mobility

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you to develop along the way.

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA / ATT qualified or equivalent qualification – we could potentially consider candidates qualified by experience or part qualified
  • Advising on a range of Global mobility and Employment Tax topics
  • Current knowledge of UK tax legislation and common Global Mobility themes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working directly with client and wider team
  • Analytical with a good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and be motivated and eager to learn
