The skills you have developed during your career in the Armed Forces are transferable to many of the roles within the firm, and we have many people who have chosen to start their civillian career with us. We know that your involvement doesn't stop when you leave the Forces, and that it is not limited to those who are actively serving. We are equally supportive of colleagues who are Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs) and colleagues who have family members who are serving or who have served in the Armed Forces.
We have an active Armed Forces Community, which is there to support veterans, reservists, CFAVs and family members and provides a safe space for people to connect with others who have experience of military life.
Your commitments and responsibilities outside of work are an important part of your life and who you are, and we want to support you in honoring them. Our approach to how we work gives our people the flexibility to ensure they can attend their usual training, in addition to our Reservist Policy which supports people with paid leave for two weeks annual continuous training. Our Reservist Policy also provides support during periods where our serving Reservists may be mobilised.
