Being actively curious is all about asking those questions that help us deliver. Being curious about our clients, the economy, our firm, our people and the future, by asking questions or researching these different topics we can use our knowledge and learnings to the benefit of our clients and everyone in the firm. And from a client perspective, it’s asking those questions that really help us provide the right advice to our clients. They may come to us wanting one thing, but through asking questions and being curious, we better understand their challenges which enables us to give better advice and potentially open doors for into teams within the firm.

Being candid but kind is all about the way we interact, with each other but also with our clients.  We interact and approach our work in an authentic, kind and straight-forward manner, driving lasting positive change and better results. You’ll hear us talk about feedback and resilience, and there are times when you have feedback that isn’t 100% positive, and we need people to lean into that. By delivering candid feedback, in a kind way, we can help people develop, grow and learn.
