We understand that flexible working means something different to everyone, it’s more than just being able to pick your children up from school, or being able to work from home once a week, and the flexibility that people need changes throughout their careers with us. Flexible working arrangements 

We encourage our people to explore, within their teams, how they can work in a way which allows them to be at their best, deliver high-quality work and meet their responsibilities in and outside of work.

Under our flexible working policy our people have the immediate right to request a flexible working arrangement, whether that's part-time hours, condensed hours or term-time only, we are happy to discus how different options would work for you, and your team.
