We recruit externally for partners and directors on an ongoing basis, and once you join the firm you have multiple opportunities throughout the year for promotion.
The promotion process for partners occurs quarterly throughout the year, while our directors are promoted on a monthly basis. We offer comprehensive support and guidance to our internal candidates throughout the entire promotion process, including access to necessary paperwork, development programs, and one-on-one coaching.
