Meet the panel

Jenn is an executive leadership coach and equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) expert, responsible for designing and leading our firm's distinctive ESG and ED&I strategy. This focuses on reducing our environmental impact, and creating an inclusive culture that prioritises wellbeing and delivering positive community impact. Jenn is a non-executive director and trustee for the Lord's Taverners and Access Accountancy. She was featured in the Cranfield School of Management '100 Women To Watch 2024' report for her progressive work in ED&I and ESG.

Helen is an experienced strategic change communication director with extensive leadership experience in culture and behaviour change. She has advised and supported many large, global organisations with their employee communication and engagement as they go through significant change. Helen has pivoted careers twice in her working life, including the move to her current position as a consultant and non-executive director.

Cherryl was until recently a solicitor and legal director in our Office of the General Counsel. She has dealt with claims, insurance matters and risk management issues for many years but has pivoted into a new role as Director, Specialist Talent Advocate ED&I. Her role involves coaching, mentoring and sponsoring diverse talent in the firm, with a view to moving the dial on Minority Ethnic progression and development into senior roles.

Katie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with over 25 years' HR experience in large, private organisations across a number of sectors. She advises leadership teams on all aspects of the people agenda and has a passion for developing people and championing inclusive cultures. Katie is also a Fellow and member of the expert advisory panel for The 5% Club, is a dynamic movement of employers committed to ‘earn and learn’ as part of building and developing the workforce.
