The school closed to pupils on 8 July 2023.

Following a period of time during which a small number of staff were retained to wind up the Company’s affairs, assist with pupil and parent enquiries and former staff references, the Company was placed into a solvent member’s voluntary liquidation to formally complete winding up of the Company’s affairs and Sean Croston of Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax LLP (formerly of Grant Thornton UK LLP) was appointed as liquidator on 11 July 2024.
