Our Shifting Sands report shared the results of a survey of 150 lawyers and market participants in more than 25 on and offshore jurisdictions. Almost half expected growing insolvency activity in the next three years, even before the COVID-19 situation came to light.
Their views and our data evidence a changing cross border insolvency landscape. But what are the ramifications of this for lawmakers?
