I've worked on leading technical economic and regulatory finance projects in both the public and private sectors, and specialise in helping regulators and regulated entities with various workstreams associated with the price control process.
Key engagements have included various energy and infrastructure projects, focusing primarily on regulatory performance, risk and return, regulatory reporting, and assessing financial performance of regulated entities. I've also advised on the required return for energy companies across the different market segments they operate in, including the additional risks an energy transmission company would face during T3 and how those should be reflected in its allowed return.
Most recently, I was embedded in Ofwat's risk and return team, as part of the delivery-partner contract for PR24.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about sports, in particular, football, basketball, and cricket. I also enjoy international travel and love to go to new places.
