I’m a partner in our corporate finance team, and specifically a leader in our TMT M&A team.
On a day-to-day basis I support entrepreneurs, corporates, and private equity investors with advice across a range of transactions, including full or partial sales, acquisitions, fund raisings, investments, and refinancings.
I initially joined the firm in 2009 working in restructuring, where I qualified as a chartered accountant, before moving to corporate finance.
In 2019, I left Grant Thornton and spent nearly two years at a private equity firm, where I gained good experience as an investor, including holding a number of board seats, before returning to the firm in June 2020.
Across this corporate finance and private equity experience, I’ve been involved in and led numerous buy-side, sell-side, and fund-raising transactions. My sector experience includes TMT, with credentials across various sub-sectors and, in particular, numerous transactions in the software verticals (such as HR-tech, education-tech, construction/property-tech, and consumer-tech), media services, and private equity more generally.
Outside of work I’m a keen rugby and football fan and struggling triathlete, and in reality, I spend most of my time chasing my two boys around the house.
