I joined the firm in 2011 as an audit trainee before moving into corporate finance in 2016. I've specialised in M&A for the past eight years, and provide strategic and financial advice to investors, owners and management teams to help grow and realise value.
My particular focus is on the recruitment and education services sectors – and the specific dynamics of these businesses and markets. I understand what drives value, which investors and strategic players are active, and what they are looking for. I also work closely with our employee ownership trust (EOT) tax team, helping shareholders implement EOT structures as part of longer-term succession planning.
Outside of work, I have two young kids – which keeps me pretty busy all year round.
