I work in Finance Consulting, helping Directors define the role finance needs to play in their business and the changes required to let finance work well.

I work with large companies who are ordinarily private equity backed or listed. Our projects can be driven by a myriad of factors including preparation for organic or acquisitive growth and the need to better manage the impact of growth on the business. My clients span manufacturing and services.

We deliver our services as an extension of your team, in a hands-on style considering both the detail and big picture for as long as it takes to get you where you need to be – this could be a couple of weeks or months. This level of detail and collaboration underpins our quality and ensures the change is well defined, understood and owned. We hear “how we work” is a differentiator in the market.

Prior to Grant Thornton I was the Strategy and Transformation lead at a global PLC through their turnaround and sale, spent two years at AMBS and CEIBS completing a MBA and formerly worked in public market corporate finance. I started my accounting journey in KPMG Audit.
