I work in our public services consulting team, delivering data and digital projects into the health and local government sectors. I have over 20 years of experience in supporting health organisations to extract the maximum benefit from digital solutions, supporting them to make data-driven evidence-based decisions.
Complex healthcare providers have different needs that are often specific to their geographies so I ensure our solutions are tailored to deliver productivity and financial benefits alongside improvements in patient safety and patient experience.
A key assignment for me was delivering data standardisation across all community healthcare providers in North West London, providing future capabilities for planning and understanding the needs of the local population. I've also supported the Black Country Healthcare NHS Trust in their community transformation using data to forecast the needs of mental health services.
I've also used these skills to support local authorities with future planning and improve their data and systems.
Outside of work, I'm an FA-qualified coach and support the running of my local community football team as well as managing my son’s football team, so I'm often found outside on early mornings, laying out cones and marking out pitches across London and Surrey.
