I'm a corporate tax partner and leader of the private capital tax team in London. I have a wide range of experience helping UK and international businesses, both owner-managed and PE-backed, maximise their value from tax attributes and avoid losing it from unexpected exposures on exit.

I take overall responsibility for our tax offering to my clients, but bring in different specialists as needed. This single point of contact joins the dots between all the advice they receive to minimise risk.

In my spare time I'm a keen chess player, and love football and american football, as well as spending time with my wife, baby boy, and young cockapoo.
