As a director in our accounting services team, I support companies with their accounting requirements, in particular preparation of year-end financial statements for both audited and unaudited businesses.
I have over 20 years’ experience, having started out as a trainee in our audit department. I've also spent time on secondment as the business adviser for the Economic Development Agency on Saint Helena Island, a British overseas territory.
My experience spans a wide sector base: from fast-growing, entrepreneurial clients at pre-revenue stage through to businesses moving into audit, ensuring they are audit-ready. I also work with a large portfolio of owner-managed and family businesses, providing compliance, advice and support. I'm passionate about building strong relationships with my clients and being their trusted adviser.
Outside of work, I'm actively involved as a director of my local sports club, including being chair of the tennis section. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as playing golf, football and doing the occasional parkrun.
