I help shareholders, private equity, and large corporates to put their strategies into action and realise value. This is primarily achieved through company disposals, mergers, acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy ins, refinancing, and strategic reviews. I joined the firm more than a decade ago and in that time I've advised on numerous M&A transactions.
I work with a broad range of businesses, but I focus on the aerospace and ‘people’ sectors (recruitment, training, and facilities management). I'm lucky to spend most of my time engaging with entrepreneurs; supporting them through (phased) exit events and helping them deliver their growth ambitions.
Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around my garden in West London or out and about on my road bike – unless it’s raining, in which case I’ll be on the Peloton!
