I lead our business process outsourcing (BPO) team. By collaborating with other member firms internationally, including Grant Thornton Bharat (India), my team supports clients to implement digitally-enabled onshore and offshore outsourcing solutions that help them to optimise operations and manage cost and risk mitigation. In addition, this ‘turnkey’ approach brings together the best of consultancy and resource augmentation.
I have over twenty years’ professional services experience, both within industry and practice, with a particular strategic commercial focus on process improvement and change management. My passion is finding innovative ways of working and I've been the finance and projects lead on several strategic business enhancement projects from scope to implementation.
Outside of work I'm a wife, and mum to two lively boys (and two dogs) who keep me very busy! If that wasn’t enough, I like to regularly challenge myself with various charity events such as running 100 miles in March for Young Lives v Cancer’, or cycling 50 miles for Ride High Children's Charity.
