Fiona Baldwin

I am Head of Operations at Grant Thornton and a member of the Strategic Leadership Team. In this role, I have oversight and responsibility for all our internal functions, including all people-related matters.

I have nearly 30 years’ experience as an accountant and auditor, specialising in corporates, social housing, professional practices and pension schemes, both in the UK and internationally.

I was appointed to the Strategic Leadership Team as Head of Audit in June 2019, with a focus on driving quality to the core of the practice, overseeing investments to strengthen our capabilities and ensuring that our audit teams have the skills, resources and culture to deliver consistently high audit quality. In this role, I led the audit team to achieve top marks on the Financial Reporting Council’s Annual Quality Review in 2022 and 2023.

In January 2024, I was appointed Head of People & Brand, responsible for creating a market-leading people and client experience, integrated with the needs of our business with diversity and inclusion at its core.

I have two children, in their mid-twenties, and my biggest motivation is watching them grow and develop into amazing adults. Outside of work, I love nothing more than spending time with my children, family and friends, together with anything Grand Prix related.
