I have more than 25 years of experience as an audit partner and have worked extensively with businesses taking on venture capital or private equity funding, or seeking such investment. I currently lead our Liverpool office and also head up our entrepreneurial and SME services across the UK – collaborating with fast-growing businesses looking at expansion in the UK or internationally.
My focus is on supporting owners and directors of innovative, privately-owned growth businesses across audit, tax and advisory in an integrated and proactive way. I enjoy responding to their unique challenges, proactively presenting ideas and opportunities that drive tangible value. Business is about people, and I'm proactive in driving broader discussions to understand their strategic goals and challenges for his clients
Based in the North West and working across the North, I have a wealth of experience in audit, particularly within the manufacturing, business services and food and beverage sector. I've worked with SMEs and some large privately owned businesses across these sectors, and have extensive involvement with private equity backed businesses.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time as a family with my wife and three daughters. Most weekends I'll either be following their sporting activities or cheering on my own teams. Failing that, I’ll be out walking the dog!
