I am a director in our operational deal services team and have been at the firm since 2011. I advise and provide clients with hands-on, operationally-focused support on transactions. This is usually in relation to complex integrations (including synergy assessments), carve-outs; and rapid, targeted change focused on sustainably enhancing the value of a business before its sale or after its acquisition.
I've been fortunate to work with some exceptional management teams for corporate and private equity-backed clients internationally and across a range of industries which include software, healthcare, financial services, media and education.
The nature of our work is highly practical and combines providing both financial and operational insight in a wide variety of situations which range from helping businesses to rapidly scale (including through multiple simultaneous bolt-on acquisitions and rapid integration) to implementing rapid operational restructuring or accelerated disposals for those in financial distress. The variety in what we do, combined with the opportunity to make a lasting positive impact on our clients, is something which I really enjoy.
Beyond work, I enjoy spending my time caring for my young son, cooking for friends and family and travelling.
