I thrive on optimising processes and solving problems, helping tax leaders and their teams improve both what they do and how they do it.

I have over 20 years' experience in tax, including periods leading in-house tax and finance teams.

I now specialise in tax transformation, working with clients across all aspects of their operating model to deliver long-term successful change: enhancing processes, optimising data, and implementing market-leading technology.

My communication style is clear and relatable, drawing on shared experiences to identify relevant and pragmatic solutions.

Outside of work, when I'm not with one, some, or all five of the kids, you'll likely find me on my mountain bike in the Surrey countryside, and rumour has it that you can also occasionally find me on a road bike with my local cycling club.
