I work in the change and transformation space as a consultant with public sector organisations. My particular focus is on sector-specific people and HR challenges, such as Equal Pay.

My career began in internal audit, where the reviews I delivered focused on HR and sustainability risk. This gave me a strong grounding in the governance frameworks and underlying process required to support an organisation’s people and culture strategy.ā€‹ I also spent a year delivering programme assurance on a people and HR system implementation for a major retailer. Moving into consulting, I then worked with both private and public sector organisations on specific challenges within the people agenda, such as organisational design, HR function transformation, and inclusion and diversity (I&D).

Now I specialise in ensuring a values-driven approach to transformation projects, both in their delivery and impact. People are the most important asset of any organisation, and I’m passionate about enabling organisations to overcome barriers to I&D within their workforce. Especially in the public sector, it’s essential that the workforce understands and reflects the communities they serve.

I've contributed to the development of Inclusion Insights, our bespoke data collection tool, which we use with organisations to assess their maturity in relation to I&D. I’ve since used it with public and private sector organisations to develop evidence-based I&D strategies, targets and action plans. Internally, I’ve also helped deliver our own inclusion agenda, specifically around LGBTQIA+ education and awareness raising.

Outside of work, you can find me running around the hills of North London, on the hunt for the best independent coffee shops, or watching Arsenal Women.
