I'm a corporate finance director in our Midlands team, specialising in advising shareholders, directors, corporates and private equity on creating and realising value. This involves providing hands-on advice relating to business sales, acquisitions, equity investments, MBOs and other transaction types.
A key focus of my work is entrepreneurial businesses within the Midlands region across all sectors, and I also have a national sector focus across governance, risk and compliance services, including training, consultancy, and testing, inspection and certification businesses.
With over 15 years in professional services and almost a decade advising on M&A transactions, I enjoy helping people and organisations reach their goals. My clients value my personal approach, attention to detail, and tenacity to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my young family, playing and watching sports, and running.
