As a member of the Forensic and investigation services team since 2013, I have a particular interest in Accounting integrity and conduct matters. My work focuses on projects and investigations involving misconduct, accounting irregularities and associated professional negligence matters, advising both claimants and defendants as well as regulators on the professional liability and conduct of accountants and firms.
I also advise clients in the context of commercial litigation on matters including breach of contract and alleged fraud and have experience on major projects in this area including a large and complex investigation into management conduct at a food producer and advising a client subject to a multi-million dollar dispute on the accounting evidence surrounding their counterclaims.
I have also spent over five years managing assurance assignments for a variety of clients, including listed businesses, owner managed businesses, and not-for-profit organisations. During this time I have also maintained an active involvement in providing assurance services to clients.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and young child and indulging my interest as an avid sports fan.
