Having been a client of professional services firms myself, I know what's important to them and what they want from an adviser.

I advise large corporate organisations on the most complex international, UK and cross-border tax issues. This may include corporate entity reorganisations, M&A integration and tax-efficient supply chain design. I also specialise in international tax rules, such as controlled foreign company (CFC), anti-hybrid, treasury taxes and Pillar 2.

Previously, I spent several years in FTSE 100 businesses as an international tax director working on large integration projects, across functions. I use this experience to bring a commercial lens to tax advice, ensuring rounded and practical solutions. Building relationships and understanding client businesses is what I'm really passionate about. Having been a client of professional services firms myself, I know what's important to them and what they want from an adviser.

As a married father of two young children, most of my time is taken up with family. But when I do have rare time to spare, I love socialising and a number of sports.
