My areas of expertise are private equity, listed, PFI and owner managed businesses of various sizes that are dynamic and wanting to grow. In addition to these businesses, I also lead on Social Housing across the Central Region providing support to Associations as they face the challenges of increased regulation, changes to government policy and reduced grant funding.
By working in partnership with businesses I am able to provide them with pragmatic advice and solutions which support them in achieving their ambitions. I have work alongside owners and management teams when they have been working through issues such as complex restructuring, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing.
I also head up the audit department of the Milton Keynes office and am responsible as part of that role for the development of our people. I am an accredited coach within Grant Thornton which enables me to support people in achieving their goals and overcoming personal challenges.
When I am not working, I try to find some sunshine as I enjoy travelling and where possible will combine this with visits to Formula One Grand Prixes.
