I work in the London financial services M&A team, within our national corporate finance advisory practice. We cover insurance, asset and wealth management, specialty finance, leasing, mortgages, payments, and fintech.
I focus primarily on insurance and services, covering transactions across insurance brokers, MGAs, carriers, claims management, insurtech, and associated support services to the market. I've also worked across multiple key transactions across the broader financial services spectrum as well as the business services and built environment sectors.
With six years’ experience in corporate finance advisory, I provide advice covering buy-side and sell-side M&A, private equity investments and exits, raising finance and strategic option reviews.
Outside of work, I’m a keen traveller (with a very long list of destinations yet to visit) alongside often being found trying out the best of London’s restaurants, theatres, and music venues at the weekend.
