I provide corporate and international tax advice to large, multinational businesses, including private-equity-backed and listed groups across multiple sectors.

I am also the UK firm’s German and French tax desk lead, working very closely with Grant Thornton Germany and France to develop cross-border relationships and to take UK tax issues to market in Germany and France respectively.

I really enjoy getting to know my clients and understanding their key commercial priorities, so I can work with them to ensure these are executed in a way that manages risk and maximises opportunity.

Areas on which I advise businesses include:

corporate tax reporting and compliance
international tax advice, including the UK anti-hybrid rules, managing tax residence and permanent establishment risk, and withholding tax mitigation
expansion into new markets and territories
group re-organisations and simplification projects
preparing for transactions.

I was brought up in a bilingual household, speaking English and Spanish. I studied French and German at the University of Cambridge, and during that time spent a year working in Berlin. I'm passionate about working and building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, as well as international collaboration.

I live in Cambridge with my husband and outside of work I spend as much time as I can with my friends and family. I enjoy cooking, travelling, exploring new cultures and cuisines, the theatre, and art galleries. I do also love a good book!
