I help lead our private healthcare M&A team and have more than 10 years’ experience in providing transaction and strategic advice to owner-managed businesses, corporates, and private equity, including three years in financial due diligence.
My expertise includes sub-sectors such as social care, including special education needs schools and children’s residential care; NHS partners and outsourced services; multi-site retail healthcare, and health-tech.
I love working in healthcare as it's such a resilient and innovative sector, and one that naturally attracts people who are passionate about driving quality outcomes and having a positive impact on the community.
I'm lucky to spend time getting to know and build relationships with these businesses, while providing solutions to help them achieve their ambitions – whether that be fundraising, acquisitions, or finding a buyer or investment partner to support with their next stage of growth.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton I qualified as an ACA chartered accountant at another leading professional services firm.

Outside of work I'm a keen football fan and Southend United season ticket holder for my sins, but spend most of my time keeping our young son and our dog entertained.
