I am an experienced transaction advisory professional, having been with Grant Thornton since 2013. I specialise in transaction advisory and due diligence for a variety of businesses across a broad range of sectors including tech, professional services, consumer goods, pharma and automotive.
I have accumulated significant experience of advising corporates and private equity on both the buy and sell side, as well as working on cross border transactions for UK acquirers investing overseas and investment into the UK. I also have gained significant experience of advising on carve out transactions, from a buy side due diligence perspective, as along with assisting corporates going through a separation process.
I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients and assisting them in executing their acquisition strategy. My strength is being proactive at each stage of the process, focussing on the value drivers to ensure my clients maximise value from the transaction.
Outside of work I love sports, including cycling, skiing, and football, and am a big Leicester City fan.
