I’m part of our national M&A retail and consumer team, where we advise businesses in the sector, helping shareholders and management teams with fundraising, as well as buying and selling companies.
I specialise in corporate finance and have had over 15 years of transaction experience across due diligence and M&A, including Paragon Group’s acquisition of Five Arrows Leasing, Secure Trust Bank’s acquisition of V12, and Wacoal Corporations acquisition of household lingerie brand, Bravissimo.
As a passionate brand enthusiast, my professional interests align with my personal hobbies, such as traveling and exploring the world as an active consumer. This allows me to bring a unique perspective to my work, blending my love for brands with insights into consumer trends.
I've worked with a diverse range of clients, including private equity firms and corporations, on both domestic and cross-border deals.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling and trying to exercise, between operating a busy taxi service for my young children.
