With over 17 years of audit experience, my focus is on dynamic, fast-growing and entrepreneurial private companies, as well as multinational and AIM-listed groups. Although I am based in the UK, I frequently work in the US, South America and throughout Europe.
In my relationship role, I am fortunate to be able to work with businesses who continue to seize the opportunity to expand, often into international territories, to achieve their growth ambitions. I help businesses with a range of issues including planning for efficient corporate structures, planning for transactions, employee and founder equity participation schemes, group structuring and exit planning.
I am part of our global audit quality monitoring team, monitoring compliance with professional auditing and accounting standards and our global audit policies. I promote the delivery of a consistent, high quality client service worldwide.
Outside of work, my daughter keeps me busy, but when I am not performing my usual taxi service to clubs, parties and soft play, I can be regularly found at Craven Cottage.
