I'm a member of the financial services advisory team and specialise in prudential risk management, reporting, and disclosures requirements. I'm a chartered accountant with many years of experience in banking finance, treasury, risk and compliance. I advise firms on implemented and emerging regulations and support them to embed suitable risk frameworks.
I also support firms in responding to regulatory interventions via Skilled Persons s166 reviews, covering credit risk management, capital and liquidity requirements, regulatory reporting and disclosures, board and committee governance, and assessment of internal regulatory documentation such, as ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, and SWDP.
For many years I've been active in banking prudential requirements, effective risk management frameworks, and improving culture and governance across the financial services sector. Recently, I've been working with industry participants to assess the impact of upcoming regulatory changes on core banking activities and disclosure compliance.
Outside of work, my two young boys keep me busy, and I'm also an avid reader and particularly enjoy magical realism literature.
