We were appointed to provide corporate finance services to the shareholders. Finding a new home for the company that would be the right cultural fit for staff, customers, and learners was a priority.

Our strong understanding of the sector enabled a clear identification of the buyer as the best strategic fit whilst achieving excellent value for the shareholders and delivering a highly successful outcome.

Victoria Giles, who led the transaction, commented; “We are delighted to have found a home for Buttercups that protects the legacy as well as enable continued and accelerated growth. This transaction continues to build on our leading market reputation within skills and training and our credentials in across apprenticeships and commercial training and healthcare education.”
