We are delighted to have advised Campbell Page (UK) Limited on their sale to WISE Ability Limited.

The Campbell Page Group is a not-for-profit Australian group working in the employability and skills space primarily helping the long-term unemployed back to work.

Within the UK Campbell Page delivers payment-for-results welfare-to-work programmes in the hard to penetrate South-West region of England. The business has a strong reputation for quality and a well-recognised presence across the region.

Following the strategic decision to concentrate on the Australian market the Group decided to divest from the UK and target a buyer with a similar culture and core values.

Demonstrating the strength of our international network, the Australian firm referred the work to Keely Woodley in the UK Corporate Finance Advisory team.

We acted as lead advisors on the deal and ran a streamlined transaction coordinating with the UK and Australian boards throughout. The firm was able to leverage its existing network and in-house research capability to approach a select group of potential acquirers.

Campbell Page represented a great opportunity for WISE Ability, an existing player in the welfare-to-work market, to extend its geographical reach and develop its position for future contract tendering.

We were able to drive an efficient process and delivered a deal benefitting both shareholders and employees within a five month period.
