We are delighted to have advised Celaton Limited on their sale to VM.AV. Corporate Services Ltd

Founded in 2004 Celaton’s Intelligent Document Processing platform, inSTREAM, delivers consistent and measurable business technologies to processes such as Accounts Payable, Sales Order Processing, Customer Correspondence and Claims.

inSTREAM comprises multiple technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and Cognitive Learning to improve efficiency, increase throughput, reduce errors and enhance compliance in a customer’s process. Clients benefiting from Celaton's technology and expertise include ASOS, Dixons Carphone, TalkTalk and Capgemini.

BGF invested in Celaton in 2012. Since that time the business has grown in scale and developed its solutions.

The investment from VM.AV. Corporate Services Limited, backed by serial entrepreneur Vin Murria, sees Celaton’s existing management shareholders exit the business. With the benefit of further growth capital, Vin Murria and BGF now plan to accelerate the Company’s development and market penetration.

Our involvement enabled the shareholders to explore multiple transaction options and we led deal negotiations, management of the due diligence process and support during the legal drafting. We were able to ensure that the shareholders objectives were met in delivering a high-quality transaction with a partner who can drive further growth in the Company.
