Our corporate finance led negotiations with Albireo Energy and were pivotal in the transaction structure, financial modelling, and involved in drafting the SPA through to completion. 

Our extensive sector expertise in the industry and strong knowledge of the international market allowed us to target a shortlist of buyers, identifying Albireo Energy as a strategic partner to mark a new chapter for Chartwell. Through our knowledge of the market we were able to optimally position the business, adding value to the process by understanding the key drivers of value, and managing conversations and negotiations. 

Our experience in deal structuring allowed us to work effectively and efficiently, successfully navigating through to completion within three months of signing heads of terms.
