Coffi Lab is a high end, dog friendly coffee brand with well-appointed stores across South Wales and the South West. This recognised brand has a loyal customer base, drawn in by its delicious in-house roasted coffee and own baked goods and sandwiches.

The business has an impressive, experienced management team with significant growth plans to roll out new stores and further grow the brand.

Development Bank of Wales provides flexible finance to Welsh businesses to support growth in the region.

We advised Coffi Lab on obtaining a funding solution with Development Bank of Wales to support the next phase of store roll outs.

Utilising our corporate finance lead advisory and debt advisory team we negotiated the deal and commercial terms for management to provide a funding solution that will support the accelerated roll out of the next phase of new stores.
