Established in 1994 Onyx is an operator of data centres, business continuity centres and a provider of cloud computing services. It was recently listed in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 which monitors the faster growing technology companies in the UK.

The company with annual revenues of circa £15 million, has its headquarters in Stockton-on-Tees and ten sites across the UK including London, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Teesside and Shefﬁeld.

We worked closely with ISIS providing lead advisory services. ISIS have a well-established track record of helping ambitious entrepreneurs create long-term value and market leadership. ISIS typically invest in businesses valued between £5 million and £75 million.
