We are delighted to have advised Supponor on their sale to TGI Sport

Supponor is a leading live media virtual advertising specialist with proprietary technologies and software that delivers virtual adverts across thousands of live sports broadcasts worldwide tailored to the end user.

Before the pandemic, Supponor used hardware to deliver its advertising localisation service. During the pandemic live sports were paused and the Company developed technology that delivered a higher quality output for its clients and significant growth for Supponor post-pandemic.

Supponor was the perfect addition to TGI’s technology division, adding its complementary capabilities to its other Brand Brigade, ISG and Sportseen brands.

The shareholders of Supponor chose to work with us due to our extensive experience in maximising and protecting value for our clients during transactions. This is a result of the volume of transactions that we successfully complete, regularly being named the most-active M&A adviser in the mid-market.

We performed detailed analysis on the company’s financial data to identify items to maximise value for the shareholders and used our M&A knowledge and experience to prepare defences for acquirer challenge to protect value for the shareholders. We successfully negotiated the final valuation for Supponor, ultimately securing a premium price for the business.
