Our recent work in competition damages and class actions:

A funded group claim on behalf of 14 large corporates against MasterCard resulting from inflated interchange fees paid by UK retailers and wholesalers.

A funded group claim on behalf of eight large corporates against major European truck manufacturers who were found by the European Commission to have fixed prices, among other allegations, between 1997 and 2011.

High-value funded and self-funded claims on behalf of three insolvent estates of historically leading computer manufacturers, in relation to three different European Commission cartels: dynamic random access memory chips (DRAMs), liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and cathode ray tubes (CRTs).

Working with clients – including one of the world’s leading independent convenience retailers and a FTSE 100 business – bringing individual Mastercard damages and truck cartel claims to support the calculation of their claims.
