James Taylor has built one of the UK’s leading office fit out companies over the past four decades, which has an enviable reputation in the market and has designed many of London’s most impressive offices.

TMJ shareholders wanted to explore their exit options and decided that the best route for the future of the company would be to reward the management team and provide continuity in brand and service going forward.

The shareholders appointed our Corporate Finance team to advise on the sale of the business to its management team.

We provided an integrated approach, encompassing Corporate Finance and Tax services, to achieve the best result for the shareholders and the business going forward.

We also provided project management, financial analysis and assistance and negotiation of the key commercial elements of the transaction, to ensure an efficient process and successful outcome.
